Our Vision:

To be a leading voice in representing a new generation of the Jewish Pro-Israel community at large.

 

Mission

To provide a central forum for a new generation (NEWGEN) of leaders to address and act on issues of concern to the Jewish Pro-Israel community.

Ø      Acting with Integrity

Ø      Bringing and cultivating thought leadership to the issues challenging our community

Ø      Anticipating and creating new ways to add value

Ø      Collaborative and open to teamwork

Ø      To exceed our goals by anticipating and/or embracing changes in political, socioeconomic, geopolitical, (PR, communication),  and  trends which results in quicker and decisive action to circumstances 

 

Goals

Ø      To broaden the base of active young leadership and foster its strong growth in addressing issues

·         Create opportunities for grass roots organizations to grow. While addressing our mission, however, still benefit from our leadership and/or resources.

Ø      Find and invest in new methods of communication, technology and advocacy

Ø      Create a leadership group which can quickly mobilize young Jews when issues arise that warrant a joint and unified response (through statements, events, etc.).

Ø      Focus on issues that

·         earn us a return on our efforts by providing superior service and/or ideas

·         that have substantial room for a multiplier effect

Ø      Build a leadership development program that will assure learning, thinking and positive change

Ø      Seek alliances which will provide a multiplier effect and/or expedite the implementation of our goals.

Ø      Participate in and/or create an annual forum to gather young Jewish leaders and advance for the goals of  CYJP

Ø      Provide that our mission is compatible, overall, with our existing members’ goals
