• Convening the most diverse group of young Jewish institutional lay leaders in New York City on an ongoing basis, representing dozens of Jewish organizations.

• Training the next generation of Jewish lay leaders and board members to have the skills to govern, fundraise, manage risk, and innovate.

• Mobilizing our member’s collective young leadership to engage and influence stakeholders within and external to the Jewish community.

• Advising Jewish organizations on creating approaches and strengthening systems to engage and empower young leaders.
